This Privacy Policy describes how Humbleaf, Inc., a Delaware C-Corporation ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"), collects, uses, discloses, and protects information when you access or use the AgentChain platform, including the website at agentchain.xyz, the AgentChain Dashboard, API Gateway, documentation, and all related services (collectively, the "Services").
BY ACCESSING OR USING THE SERVICES, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU HAVE READ AND UNDERSTOOD THIS PRIVACY POLICY.
1. INFORMATION WE COLLECT
1.1. Information You Provide
- Account Information: Email address, username, and authentication credentials.
- API Credentials: API keys, access tokens, and related authentication data.
- Wallet Addresses: Blockchain wallet addresses you connect to the Services.
- Communications: Information you provide when contacting us for support or feedback.
- Payment Information: Billing information as processed by our third-party payment providers.
1.2. Information Collected Automatically
- Usage Data: API call metadata, request/response timestamps, endpoints accessed, HTTP status codes.
- Task Telemetry: Compute task metadata including task type, model identifiers, execution duration, token counts. We may store task inputs and outputs to provide and improve the Services.
- Agent Interaction Logs: Metadata about agent deployment and agent-to-agent interactions.
- Device Information: IP address, browser type, operating system, device identifiers, and referring URLs.
- Cookies: Session management, authentication, and analytics. See Section 6.
1.3. Information from Blockchain Networks
Blockchain transactions, smart contract interactions, and wallet addresses are publicly available on blockchain networks. This data is not controlled by us and cannot be deleted or modified.

We do not sell your personal information. We may share information with:
- Service Providers: Cloud infrastructure, payment processing, analytics, and monitoring providers under contractual obligations.
- Blockchain Networks: Wallet addresses and transaction data are publicly recorded on-chain.
- AI Model Providers: Task inputs may be sent to third-party AI model providers for processing.
- Legal Requirements: When required by law, regulation, or governmental request.
- Business Transfers: In connection with mergers, acquisitions, or asset sales.
4. DATA RETENTION
We retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Services. Certain data may be retained after account termination for legal compliance, dispute resolution, and analytics. Blockchain data is permanent and immutable.
5. DATA SECURITY
We implement industry-standard security measures including encryption in transit (TLS 1.2+) and at rest, access controls, and audit logging. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure. You are responsible for the security of your credentials, API keys, and private keys.

We do not currently respond to "Do Not Track" browser signals.

- Deletion: Request deletion, subject to legal obligations. On-chain data cannot be deleted.
- Restriction and Objection: Request restriction of or object to processing.
- Withdrawal of Consent: Where processing is based on consent.

8. INTERNATIONAL DATA TRANSFERS
The Services are operated from the United States. By using the Services, you consent to the transfer of your information to the United States and other jurisdictions. For EEA/UK/Swiss users, we rely on standard contractual clauses or other approved transfer mechanisms.
9. CHILDREN'S PRIVACY
The Services are not directed to individuals under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe we have collected information from a child, contact us at privacy@agentchain.xyz.
10. CALIFORNIA PRIVACY RIGHTS (CCPA/CPRA)
California residents have rights under the CCPA/CPRA including the right to know, delete, and opt-out of sale/sharing. We do not sell your personal information. Contact privacy@agentchain.xyz to exercise your rights.
11. CHANGES TO THIS PRIVACY POLICY
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the Services. Your continued use constitutes acceptance.
